How does an automatic organic waste composter work?

To begin with waste generated has to be segregated into Dry and Organic waste .Then the segregated organic waste has to be fed into the machine through the input provided in the top of the Organic Waste Composter Machine. At the input point a shredder is provided in the machine . This shredder shreds the waste into very small pieces and transfers waste into the main composting tank. After all the waste is transferred into the composting tank post shredding the waste the shredder has to be switched off. Then finally Composting process is started . The waste inside the composting tank is churned continuously using a mixing arrangement . The waste consists of 80 -90% of water by volume. A heating and a humidity control arrangement is provided in the composting tank. The heating arrangement maintains a temperature of 60 – 65 degrees inside the tank and also the humidity inside the tank is maintained at a 60% – 70% level inside the tank. The bacteria present inside the tank thrives at a

I threw a bag of rotting potatoes down my apartment's garbage chute. Do I need to worry about harmful gasses from the potatoes filling up our disposal room?

It depends on the features installed in your Garbage Chute . It is evident that rotten potatoes or any other rotten organic waste may generate harmful gases. To tackle these additional features are provided in garbage chutes like automatic exhaust system , odour control unit and proper disinfectant and sanitisation unit . These features clean up garbage chutes and also remove any foul gases generated in the system. These rotten vegetables can then be treated in Organic Waste Composter to generate high quality organic compost.
What features can be added in project IoT-based waste management system apart from the monitoring and pickup of waste? What features can be added in project IoT-based waste management system apart from the monitoring and pickup of waste? In order to establish a proper Waste Management System in high rise apartments first of all you have to develop a proper system for collection of segregated waste at a single point. Segregated waste into DRY and WET waste can be collected at a single point in the stilt or basement by using Segregated Garbage Chutes. Garbage Chutes enables single point collection of garbage generated in high rise apartments in a fast and economical method . Also additional features such as cleaning system and odour control unit , brush cleaning system and automatic exhaust systems enables to operate chute systems in hygienic and odor free manner. Once garbage is collected in a segregated manner at a single point , all wet or organic garbage can be treated

How do you convert wet waste like food waste and organic waste to compost?

Organic Waste Composting Machine converts waste to compost in 24-36 hours. When organic waste is added to the machine, it shreds the waste into small pieces and transfers all materials to composting tank. Humidity sensors and temperature detectors detectors detect the internal atmosphere of the tank and adjusts it accordingly with our thermic fluid heating system and dehydrator sytem, so that our speci al micro-organisms thrine at a rapid pace to decompose the waste into high quality compost. It does not require any specialized skilled labour. See more at:  http://garbagechutes.in/
